Meet Gricelda Diaz, LuskinOIC’s New HR Director

LuskinOIC is pleased to welcome Gricelda Diaz as our new Director of Human Resources. With more than 20 years of HR experience, Gricelda brings extensive leadership expertise from senior roles at Argus Medical and Obagi Pharmaceuticals, where she led organization-wide recruitment, restructuring, leadership development, and community engagement initiatives.

At LuskinOIC, Gricelda will provide strategic direction and oversight for Human Resources while serving as a partner to employees and leaders across the organization. She believes HR should be a partner, not just a department, and is committed to listening, treating people with respect, and communicating clearly and honestly. Her approach is grounded in making HR approachable and creating a space where employees feel comfortable asking questions and seeking support.

Gricelda sees LuskinOIC’s people: clinicians, staff, volunteers, and partners, as the heartbeat of the organization and is proud to help create an environment where everyone can do their best work.

Outside of HR, Gricelda is a mom of three daughters, married to her high school sweetheart, and a devoted coffee drinker. She is also on a mission to find the perfect matcha, having visited 24 matcha spots this year with one of her daughters.
