LuskinOIC is a great place for students to gain hands-on experience with a mission-driven healthcare organization.
Our volunteers are the backbone of LuskinOIC! Hundreds of volunteers help to welcome patients and visitors to our facility and assist clinic and administrative staff with various duties.

Educate2Elevate Mentorship Program
Join LuskinOIC’s Educate2Elevate program to provide mentorship and academic guidance to under-served high school students as they transition to college and the workforce. We are always looking for new opportunities for students to grow! If you are interested in becoming a sponsor or donor, sharing internship opportunities, hosting an educational workshop, hosting a field trip, or giving advice to our high school mentees.
How to Volunteer with LuskinOIC

Understand our requirements:
- Agree to our time commitments:
- A minimum 100 lifetime hours
- Most volunteers commit to one weekly shift: Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Minimum age of 14 years
- Proof of negative TB (Tuberculosis) test taken within the last 90 days
All volunteers are required to attend a mandatory orientation, offered once a month.
Must attend a mandatory volunteer orientation, held in February, June, July, and September.
