Get ready for three days of sunshine, smiles, and summer fun at our annual Cerebral Palsy Summer Camp—hosted by Luskin Orthopaedic Institute for Children in partnership with Angel City Sports! Designed especially for children with cerebral palsy, this unique camp brings together play, creativity, and inclusive sports in a safe, supportive environment.
From adapted sports and water games on our fully accessible playground to arts and crafts and team-building challenges, every activity is crafted by LuskinOIC’s expert rehab team to ensure safety, engagement, and accessibility for all. Campers will be supported by clinical student volunteers, Angel City Sports counselors, and a crew of enthusiastic community helpers—all working together to create a joyful and empowering experience.
This year, we’re also thrilled to welcome a special visit from Canine Companions—so get ready for some tail-wagging fun with these incredible service dogs in training!
While independent participation is encouraged, parents, guardians, or caregivers are always welcome.
Snacks and lunches will be provided daily. If your camper has a specialized feeding program, we kindly ask that you bring any required items with you.

Knowing When to Seek Care for Your Child: A Guide from LuskinOIC
As a parent, your top priority is keeping your child safe and healthy. But when your child is sick or injured, it can be hard to know what level of care they need. Should you call your pediatrician, visit urgent care, or head straight to the emergency department?
For non-emergencies, your child’s pediatrician or a pediatric urgent care center is often the best place to start. If your child’s doctor isn’t available—such as during evenings or weekends—urgent care can provide fast, effective treatment. Contact your pediatrician or visit urgent care if your child has:
