Rachel Davis

Rachel Davis, originally from the East Coast, has been an integral part of the Los Angeles community for 25 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity College and a Master of Arts in Education from Bank Street College of Education. Rachel settled in Pacific Palisades 21 years ago and embarked on a distinguished career in education.

She taught lower school at Curtis School from 1999 to 2002 before transitioning to St. Matthew's Parish School, where she served as both a lower school teacher and librarian until 2014. Even after shifting to substitute teaching at St. Matthew's from 2014 to 2020, Rachel remained actively involved in various parent council roles.

Beyond education, Rachel served on the California Yacht Club Junior Committee from 2014 to 2021. In 2014, she ventured into sales consulting at Beautycounter, where she thrived until the company's closure in 2024. Her dedication to education persisted, leading her back to St. Matthew's in 2023 as a parent-infant-toddler teacher.

Rachel shares her life with her husband, two children, and three dogs. She has also been an active member of the LuskinOIC, serving on the gala committee since 2014.
